The phrase "go big or go home"  is often used to describe taking risks in business and it suggests that one should be willing to put everything on the line in order to achieve a significant outcome 

For the purposes of this Debate, Milky-way is the galaxy we live in, and leadership of nations is based on citizenship by birth primarily though a few exceptions exist.

Andromeda is the nearest galaxy to the Milky way and all its planets are similar to that of the Milky-way. However on Andromeda governments are comprised of beings from neighboring planets I. E Andromeda Luna dwellers make up the governing bodies of the Andromeda Earth and those of Andromeda Stephenson-U18 are made up by Andromeda Earth dwellers, etc.
